Return procedure for products shipped in Italy

  •     Please inform us of your intention to return via email, telephone, mail or chat.

  •     We reserve the courier to collect the product, the cost is at your expense.

  •     Prepare the package with the transport document attached that we will send you via email

  •     We receive the product and evaluate that the product has not been damaged or worn

  • We refund the full amount with the same payment method used for the purchase

Return procedures for products shipped abroad

For sales outside Italy, shipping costs for returning products are charged to the customer.

  •     Please inform us of your intention to return via email, telephone, mail or chat.

  •     Book the courier to collect the product, the cost is charged to the customer

  •     Prepare the package with the transport document that the courier has sent to you

  •     We receive the product and evaluate that the product has not been damaged or worn

  •     We refund the full amount with the same payment method used for the purchase, except in the case of cash on delivery where the refund will be made by bank transfer or paypal.

Statement:

You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 (fourteen) days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the last good.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform GNC Italia (Via dei Salici, 17/19 - 06083 - Bastia Umbra (PG) - ITALY) of its decision to withdraw from the contract by an explicit declaration.

If you choose this option, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal by e-mail without delay.

To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, you will be reimbursed for all payments you made in our favor, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of delivery type other than the least expensive type of standard delivery from us offered), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

These refunds will be made using the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, no costs will be incurred as a consequence of such reimbursement.

The reimbursement can be suspended until the goods are received from the seller or until the consumer demonstrates that he has sent the goods back, if previously.

The right of withdrawal is excluded for goods made to measure or clearly personalized. Therefore the articles for which the Personalization service is requested can not be returned.

We will collect the goods without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day in which we have communicated their withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period. The costs of returning the goods will be at our expense.

You are only responsible for the diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

For sales outside Italy, shipping costs for returning products are charged to the customer.

DELIVERY TIME:

GNC Italia is not responsible for any delays in deliveries due to customs controls or force majeure.

INVOICE:

As required by the laws governing the trade, all GNC Italia shipments are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the value of the individual items in Euro. For items on sale, the invoice shows the discounted amounts.

DELIVERY OF THE ORDER:

After placing the order, the customers undertake to accept the delivery of their goods. Beyond the second delivery attempt,

if the package is not delivered for reasons attributable to the customer (wrong address, always absent recipient, incorrect telephone number, etc.), to receive the goods a new shipping cost must be paid.
If the customer refuses the goods, at the time of delivery, the shipping costs and / or customs charges will be deducted from the refund due to the customer.
